Strategic Reading is a
three-level series designed to develop reading, vocabulary-building,
and critical-thinking skills. Each level contains 16 thematic units
with three reading passages adapted from authentic sources. The
Teacher's Manual provides a model lesson plan, teaching suggestions,
cultural notes, additional vocabulary notes, and quizzes for each
